Our training/content is in two formats ... either QuickTime movie files or standard DVDs.
If these don't play on your DVD player then play them on your computer. The best player for our content is QuickTime by Apple.
Please go to www.apple.com and search for the latest version of their player. Any media playing software that plays QuickTime files should work.

Problems Playing Files on a PC?
In almost every case it was the PC and not our files. Please make sure you have the right player and your volume is turned up.
In some cases re-downloading the files fixed the problem.
Slow Download Times?
These files are big and can take time to download ... please be patient. It is still much faster than ordering a DVD and waiting for the mail

I know, you bought videos because you don't like to read. These docs are very breif and contain important info.
Pro Tools version compatibility.
We use a variety of version of Pro Tools and let's be very clear here ... it does NOT matter. What you see here relate to ALL versions and where there is a difference we note it. Don't worry ... the basics of how to use Pro Tools go back to 1994 ... we know because we've been using it that long! Watch the videos closely and you will ROCK at using Pro Tools. It's an amazingly powerful application.
